Casper is a little ghost. But unlike other ghosts, he's not scary. He's just a nice guy looking for some friends, which can be very hard to do if you're a ghost. Thankfully, he already has some friends. Especially his best friend, Dennis the Menace. He also has a family. He lives on the Camp Swampy military base with his adoptive dad, Beetle Bailey, his adoptive mom, Betty Boop, his adoptive sister, Little Lulu, his pet cat Felix and his pet dog Pudgy. Sometimes he feels sad, because some people, especially if they never knew him before run away at the very sight of him, just because he was born a ghost. But like his family always tells him, people will like him just as he is, ghost or no ghost.
