Karel Roden (born 18 May 1962) is a Czech actor, popularly known for his roles in Hellboy and The Bourne Supremacy, and his voice work in Grand Theft Auto IV.
It has been 10 years since the Big Shell incident and a whole year since the events of Metal Gear Rising: Revegeance. Raiden has come back to New York to attend a memorial for everyone who died during the Big Shell Incident but it turns into a nightmare when a team of mercenaries led by a man seeking revenge for Jetstream Sam's death kidnaps several of the attendees.
