Medjay Rising: Chapter Two — Sands Of Vengeance is a 2027 American epic action adventure film written, co-produced and directed by Colin Trevorrow. Produced by Legendary Pictures and The Stone Quarry and distributed by Lionsgate Films, it is the second installment in the Medjay Rising trilogy. Dove Cameron reprises her role as Zephyra, supported by Jim Caviezel, Piper Rubio, Matt Damon, Djimon Hounsou, Tom Hardy, Ian McShane, Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr., and Pedro Pascal. The film sees Zephyra forced to protect her home village, Siwa, from the Roman Empire when the corrupt middle-aged emperor, Commodus, sends a successful and beloved but unwilling general there to punish those involved in changing Cyrene's influence during the first film's events.
