Parker Rooney is one of the main characters in the Disney Channel original comedy series Liv & Maddie. He is also the youngest sibling between Liv, Maddie, and Joey. This character is probably between the ages of 7 and 16. He is portrayed by Tenzing Norgay Trainor.
