Dr. Jonathan Crane was always a little bit disturbed, having come from a broken home in the middle of the country with an abusive family. But after the recent floods in Gotham City, Crane goes fully insane, paranoid he’s gonna die if he doesn’t do something fast. He decides to make a special gas that makes people see their greatest fear, using this gas he plans on taking out the man he believes is responsible for the floods, The Batman.
