Four years have passed. Terry McGinnis has made a name for himself as the new Batman, alongside his brother Matt, who has become his newly elected Robin. However, Terry soon finds himself in need of a trial when Doctor Ira Billings, also known as the Spellbinder, begins attacking Gotham alongside his partner Shriek and a newky emerged Mr. Freeze. Having received intense training from Jason Todd, Terry must challenge himself to face the Spellbinder, alongside Matt.
