After the defeat and arrest of Doctor Octopus, Peter and Gwen must fight alongside newcomer Miles Morales (Caleb McLaughlin) to take down a notorious drug organization led by the Black Tarantulas, Carlos LaMuerto (Javier Bardem) and Fabian LaMuerto (Niko Guardado).
