A master of industrial espionage named Spymistress, infiltrate Stark Industries, steals Toni Stark’s armor designs, and sells it to Stark’s rival, Justine Hammer, as she forms her own army of armored criminals – Crimson Dynamo, Shockwave, Beetle, and Titanium Woman. Meanwhile, after Toni as Iron Woman, finishes a training session in order to impress a general, she returns to Stark Enterprises and meets with Jamie Rhodes and Perry Potts. Upon analyzing some of the armor they discovered, Toni discovers that the armor is based in part on her own designs, stolen before her current Iron Woman armor was developed. She compiles a list of several armored criminals she has taken down - Crimson Dynamo, Shockwave, Beetle, and Titanium Woman.
