Flash Thompson is Midtown High’s golden boy—the charismatic football captain who seems to have it all. As part of Mary Jane Watson’s tight-knit circle alongside Liz and Harry, Flash is the guy everyone gravitates toward: confident, charming, and surprisingly kind… at least on the surface. But there’s another side to Flash he keeps carefully out of sight to Mary. Behind the popularity is a pattern of bullying, with Peter Parker as his usual target—something MJ has never seen, and something that could shatter her image of him if the truth comes out. Caught between his long-hidden feelings for MJ and Liz’s very real love for him, Flash’s world starts to get messy fast. As sophomore year unfolds, he’ll have to decide who he really is—the guy everyone loves, or the one he’s been hiding.
