Part 8 of the MUACU. One year after the defeat of Galactus and the promise of leaving Earth alone in Marvel Ultimate 2, the US government has had a hard time dealing with riots with so many people blaming with Supers about the destruction they cause and the mess they leave behind. With a new law that Superheroes need to register with the government and have their identities public to the government which is known as the SRA (Superhero Registration Act), it makes the Ultimate Alliance spilt and have two opposing sides: those who would register with the government and for those who don't want to. With these problems, Captain America decides to go underground along with a few other heroes, while Stark, SHIELD, the government and other heroes are hunting down Captain America as a fugitive not only against the government, but also against his country. The real question is: whose side are these heroes on? Or whose side are you on? A little bit like "Captain America: Civil War" with some of the original story from the original version of the game "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2."
