An electric, thrilling, and action-packed thriller that takes place at the same time as the Avengers movie.
While New York is attacked by Loki and defended by a group of heroes, Clint Barton, Hawkeye, was busy enjoying his well-deserved vacation. However, his leisure time is abruptly interrupted after an assassination attempt against him. It was only not completed perfectly because of the accidental intervention of a waiter who put himself in front of the bullet. Soon a game of cat and mouse begins with the man trying to kill him, whom Clint discovers to be the hitman, Bullseye, with whom Clint has a history after interfering in his business years ago. But that's not Bullseye's only motivation for killing Clint; adding him to his list of dead would do wonders for his reputation, as well as, of course, prove once and for all who is the better shot. Clint's vacation is over, luckily Hawkeye never leaves home without his uniform and his bow and arrows, ready to face the Mercenary and get out of there alive.
The special ends with a connection to upcoming MCU projects, when Black Widow, in her hideout, receives a call about her next target, Tony Stark.
