Fan Casting Doctor Octopus in Marvel Cinematic Universe Fancast

This is such a hard role to get an actor for. I thought Tom Hanks, but I already had him for another role. So lets think about the situation we want played out. We really want Tom Holland's Spiderman to have a bond with Otto like he had with Tony Stark. but for it all to be crushed when Otto Octavius eventually takes his turn. whether he was always evil or not is up for discussion. but i really want the MCU or SONY Universe to gamble with the actor. and that leads me to here....
