I ain't even an expert on comic books like that but even I know that Mister Sinister is an English with a posh English accent so no American actors (I don't know why people keep putting Jon Hamm as a suggestion as his English accent is terrible and he would readily admit he's rubbish at accents) so cast an English actor or at least an Australian as they can sometimes pull off the accent.
