The father of Sergio Santibañez, Renato is a Mexican immigrant and the owner of an estate in the west Sussex countryside. Renato deeply cares about his friends and family, especially his surrogate parents Pancho and Cruz Perez Olivares. When 2 criminals are killed by Marimar and Angelica, he and the latter leave East Grinstead for Bristol to aid Gustavo Aldama to stop them. As the custodian Gordy Cistern, Renato not only has to tackle criminals and officers, but the fury of Belle Aldama and Nigel Hyde.
