Nicholas Dimitri Constantine Galitzine (/ˈɡælɪtsiːn/ GAL-it-seen; born 29 September 1994) is an English actor. After appearing in an episode of Legends in 2015, he had lead roles in the 2016 teen films High Strung and Handsome Devil. He later starred in the supernatural horror films The Craft: Legacy (2020) and the musical film Cinderella (2021), contributing to the latter's accompanying soundtrack. Galitzine gained wider recognition for starring in the romantic streaming films Purple Hearts (2022), Red, White & Royal Blue (2023), and The Idea of You (2024), as well as the comedy film Bottoms (2023) and the period drama series Mary & George (2024). I'm writing a fic involving a whole bunch of Harry Potter characters... It's mainly centred around the Marauders, as a marauders-era AU (time travel involved), so will include them, their extended families, classmates/school friends, teachers, and other canon characters they might know during their hogwarts years/the first wizarding war/etc. I've also included a few other characters (canon and original) who they might interact with/mention (e.g. the founders, merlin and morgana, etc. - via memories, portraits, visions, etc.) to better visualise them. Finally, because this is an AU, the marauders' futures will be different to canon, so I've included a bunch of original kid characters that will be in my fic... (e.g., children of lily and james, children of sirius and remus, etc.)... let me know what you think of the casting. In terms of casting, I'm not being too strict with age... mainly because my fic spans so many generations (from Dumbledore to older Black family generations to the Marauders' generation to their children...). I've tried to be at least plausible, if not accurate... e.g.: marauders and co = ages 35-45 (obviously, how I'm casting them is by referencing how these actors/actresses looked at a younger age, more like the marauders' ages). parents/etc. = ages 45-55. grandparents/teachers/etc. = 60+. kids/younger generations = mostly under 30. Unfortunately, there are some fancasts I just love too much to let go of, regardless of whether the ages work... Any recommendations are appreciated!! Sorry for the long, rambling explanation. (All other fancasts are valid, but I'll only include the ones I'm considering for my fic.)
