A citizen who lost his legs during the battle in Metropolis, which made him harbor a hatred towards Superman and led him to ally with Lex Luthor against the hero. During the meeting at the capitol, Wallace is sent by Lex with an explosive hidden in his wheelchair, which Superman was unable to stop because it was coated in lead. In the post-credits scene, Wallace's body, still with remnants of life, is collected from the wreckage of the capitol, indicating that in the future he will become the villain Metallo.
