Set in the fictional town of Lost Heaven during the 1930s, the film follows Tommy Angelo, a taxi driver who, after a chance encounter with members of the mafia, becomes embroiled in the world of organized crime. As he rises through the ranks of the Salieri family, Tommy wrestles with his conscience as he engages in illicit activities, facing betrayals, rivalries, and moral dilemmas that put his life and the lives of his loved ones at risk.
