Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
In the Final season Devatox destroyed the command Center the rangers along with Alpha race to space to save Zordon and stop Devatox without Justin. Along in space the rangers meet a new ally named Andros.
