An alternate version of Lex Luthor has unknowingly become a multiversal threat, leading to his capture by the Monitors and his scheduled execution. However, the Monitor Bob recruits him to help capture a more dangerous variant of Luthor, only to discover a startling conspiracy that affects the entire multiverse.
