Ryan Rodney Reynolds (born October 23, 1976) is a Canadian and American actor, entrepreneur and film producer. Known for starring in comedicand superhero films, he was the world's second-highest-paid actor in 2020 and 2024. Reynolds has received numerous accolades, including two Primetime Emmy Awards, as well as nominations for two Grammy Awards and a Golden Globe Award. His films as a leading actor have grossed $6.6 billion worldwide. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Reynolds began acting at the age of thirteen, taking on small roles in various television series. He had his first lead role in the teen soap opera Hillside (1991–1993), then played the lead role in the sitcom Two Guys and a Girl (1998–2001). Reynolds later starred in a range of films, including the commercially successful romantic comedies National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002), Waiting... (2005), and The Proposal (2009), the critically unsuccessful superhero films Blade: Trinity (2004), X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), and Green Lantern (2011), and the biographical drama Woman in Gold (2015). Reynolds achieved his greatest commercial success as the titular character in the Deadpool franchise, starring in Deadpool (2016), Deadpool 2 (2018), and Deadpool & Wolverine (2024). He has since appeared in the sci-fi horror Life (2017), and action films like 6 Underground (2019), Free Guy (2021), and The Adam Project (2022). Reynolds has also lent his voice to animated films, including The Croods franchise (2013–2020), Turbo (2013), and the animated character Pikachu in Detective Pikachu (2019). In 2017, Time included Reynolds in its list of the 100 most influential people in the world. He was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 2010 and was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2017. A businessman, he holds an ownership stake in Mint Mobile and is a co-owner of Welsh soccer club Wrexham; the latter is documented in the Emmy Award-winning television series Welcome to Wrexham (2022–present). 6 people, LA and 1 day. 1) Stella Davis, actress and part-time cafe waitress. She serves a man and he casts her in a movie. The entire shoot is a disaster, she is fired and the film cancelled. He spends the rest of the day crying in the park and drinking. 2) Stan Topps, LAPD detective on trail of serial killer. His detective partner Dietrich is not available, so he works alone. During the day, he cracks the case and finds out who the mastermind is, after which he calls Dietrich to help him with arrest. 3) Brutus Buxus, gangster, lends money to directors Thomas Krug and Mitch Balaton. They already owe him from past and promises him that the film will earn and they will return everything to him with interest. He has a wife, Molly. Later the film is canceled and he wants his money or their death. 4) Mitch, the director, and Thomas borrowed money from BB. He meets the charming Stella in cafe and casts her as lead role. Falls in love with her and doesn't know how to tell her. Movie is cancelled. He's looking for her. In the evening, he follows her to a cafe. 5) Thomas, from BB goes to his lover Molly. He is planning to rob a cafe and looking for a gun. Then he shoots the movie. Preparing for a robbery. 6) Molly, BB's wife, Tom's lover, watches him and Mitch all day. 7) Finale: Stella is at work, BB comes to eat, Mitch comes and confesses his love to her, BB wants to kill him, Tom arrives trying to rob it, detectives Stan topps and molly dietrich rush into the cafe to arrest BB.
