Panic is one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Pain) of Disney's 1997 animated feature film Hercules. Panic is the skinny, teal-colored imp with long horns. While he is slightly less cunning than Pain, his paranoia means he is very much more cautious and rather cynical at times, so he might actually be the smarter one of the two. However, he is easily spooked, which causes accidents and messes up plans. When he shapeshifts, it is usually into something tall or thin (or both) and colored in blue tones. Panic is much thinner and taller than his partner, with very even and less-jagged teeth than Pain's jagged, pointed ones, as well as Panic's tongue is normal, while his partner's is reptilian-like. His arms, though just as thin as Pain's, are much longer and end in four-fingered hands, as are his legs, which end in a darker shade of teal, hoof-like feet split in two. His wings, which also have darker teal membranes, seem too small and seemingly useless as Pain. Panic does not have hair like his friend and instead has much longer, antelope-like horns that are the same teal color as his skin, unlike Pain's dark magenta ones. His pointed tail is also dark teal. His nose is also long and pointed, with prominent nostrils, sharply contrasting with Pain. His yellow eyes are much larger and set even closer together, and his lower eyelids have an also darker shade of teal. Unlike Pain's, his voice is rather quiet, goofier, and more timid-toned. He is voiced by Matt Frewer.

D.J. returns home with Daffy and Plucky hitching a ride, where he receives a message from his father, action film star, Damian Drake, who is actually a secret agent. Damian instructs his son to travel to Las Vegas, find his associate, Dusty Tails, and find a mystical diamond called the "blue monkey" diamond, before he is shortly thereafter captured by the ACME Corporation, which is revenge of "former-CEO of Warner Bros.
