Elmyra Duff makes her appearance in "Looney Tunes: Back in Action... with Animaniacs!" In addition, Elmyra's original design is reused from "Tiny Toon Adventures". Elmyra appears, where she's trapped in a jar at the ACME Labratory, but now Kuki Sanban has broken Elmyra out of the jar, because Kuki thinks that Elmyra is too cute to be trapped. Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are unhappy that they're stuck with Elmyra Duff, but Kuki explains that they need help from Elmyra to stop Thaddeus J. Plotz from getting his diabolical hands on the blue monkey.
