Fan Casting Zadavia in LOONATICS (reboot of "Loonatics Unleashed")

Zadavia is the commander of the Loonatics. Originally from planet Freleng, she was eventually forced to flee from the totalitarian reign of her brother...but not before he attempts to off her by sending a meteor midway into her escape portal; the same meteor that led to the creation of the very team she mentors.
