An evil and very old mafia boss who controls the most territory in New York but is being overthrown by kingpin. To make sure that he is in control, he sends his men after the tablet of time to obtain his formal youth. However once in control of the tablet he goes back into his teens, then becomes far older then he ever was and then becomes a cyborg to obliterate spider man and kingpin.
