Baron Mordo is a primary villain of season 3. He was one of the apprentices of the ancient one but was swayed over to the dark side by Dormammu and attempted to kill the old man only to be stopped by Doc Strange. Baron Mordo became a loyal servant of Dormammu and took the form of Mary Jane's father manipulating her into joining his cause. After his plan was foiled by spider man he sent the venom symbote to Eddie brock and gave the offspring to Cletus Kasady.
