Eli as his nickname, The White Mamba, is played by Walker Scobell. Eli is a key character in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. He is a young clone of Big Boss. He is a leader of African child soldiers in Africa, as he takes the name “The White Mamba”. In The Phantom Pain, Eli is held at a research site called OKB Zero under the code name "White Mamba", where he leads a group of rebellious child soldiers. He’s eventually captured by Diamond Dogs and brought to Mother Base, but remains defiant, hostile, and full of hatred toward Venom Snake (believing him to be the real Big Boss).
