Blythe Baxter is a pre teen who enjoys being life in the suburbs and likes to be a fashion designer until her dad, Roger Baxter got a job in the big city and they moved in the apartment near the Littlest Pet Shop where Mrs. Twombly works. While Blythe is in her new room, she disovers a secret elevator on her room which leads to the pet room and has the ability to talk to pets and they a help from her to save the pet shop from turning into a sweet shop.
