James Everett Knight becomes patient ZERO after Alexander Kinley manages to inject a patient with a mixture of James' blood and a flu-like virus, causing superhuman chaos after a new supervirus spreads across the world.
The spread of the virus has effected supers and humans alike creating a massive outbreak and potentially changing the universe forever. James and his family must find a way to take down Mr. Kinley, Max, Mark, and Mia.
James, now dealing with superhuman twin babies and a missing girlfriend must also work harder to protect his children and find his girlfriend before it's too late to save her.
