Violet, Klaus and Sunny Bauderlaire, three wealthy young siblings are sent to live with Count Olaf, a distant relative and stage actor, after their family mansion is burned down along with their parents.
However, all three of them begin to realize that Count Olaf is only after their family fortune and that he will go to very extreme measure in order to get it.
