Steven James Zahn (born November 13, 1967) is an American actor and comedian. His films include Reality Bites (1994), That Thing You Do! (1996), Out of Sight (1998), Happy, Texas (1999), Riding in Cars with Boys (2001), Shattered Glass (2003), Sahara (2005), Rescue Dawn (2007), the first three Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies, Dallas Buyers Club (2013), and War for the Planet of the Apes (2017). Zahn has done voice acting in Chicken Little (2005), Escape from Planet Earth (2013), and The Good Dinosaur (2015). He has also worked regularly in television, including the recurring role of Davis McAlary on HBO's Treme (2010 to 2013). Ben Sinclair sailed across the Pacific ten years ago and was shipwrecked, on his mysterious and adventurous journey home he sailed on the wreck of his ship, he had not enough food or water, after his journey he allegedly, as he later wrote in his book, got into a mysterious island that is not charted anywhere and on which is located, as he calls paradise on earth, he says that he has seen species of animals that do not live elsewhere, but because he has no proof of the existence of this island, no one believes him. He doesnt give up on his dream island, for 10 years he tries to find and map it, he named it Leilani, means Heavenly Flower. Finally, they manage to find out the location of the island, they assemble a team for their expedition. Team: James Wong, Mike Webster, André Magnusson, Charles LaFrance, Richard Gilmour, José Florés and Julia Jacobs. They embark on a voyage across the Pacific to a mysterious, unexplored island. On the island facing dangerous animals and plants. Ben and Julia fall in love. The adventurous expedition gained a lot of knowledge, soil sample, a herbarium, and photographic records of all the animals discovered there.
