Visas Marr was a Miraluka female from the Mid Rim world of Katarr who lived during the time of the Jedi Civil War and the period of unrest that followed in its wake. In 3952 BBY, Jedi Master Atris held a Conclave at Katarr with the remaining Jedi from the First Jedi Purge, whilst purposely leaking the event's whereabouts to the Sith Triumvirate and orchestrators of the Purge, in hopes of drawing them out.
