When not at school, they use their magical powers to save sea turtles and rescue those in need, to defeat the evil pirate Vexiusthomas and the witch Ravenlaura. Local athlete Bully Cyrus and his snobbish girlfriend Selina Robins want Leah and her friends when they become mermaids. But the girls head east to keep their adventures hidden, except for their human friends Chad, Cora, Danien and Lion, who help them.
