Franz Kroell took his father's business into his own hands and eventually turned it into a goliath of a corporation, selling and trading fish to every country on the map. However, with the success, he became too comfortable and one afternoon, while riding his yacht on the Pacific, he fell asleep at the wheel. Franz crashed his boat into an Armtech carrier that was conducting Animology experiment at the time. Both of the ship went down in flames but only two subjects emerged, Fish and Jawsome.
