Emily Olivia Laura Blunt (born 23 February 1983) is a British actress. She has received several accolades, including a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, in addition to nominations for an Academy Award and four British Academy Film Awards. Forbes ranked her as one of the highest-paid actresses in the world in 2020. Blunt made her acting debut in the 2001 drama production of The Royal Family and portrayed Catherine Howard in the television miniseries Henry VIII (2003). She made her feature film debut in the drama My Summer of Love (2004). Blunt's breakthrough came in 2006 with her starring roles in the television film Gideon's Daughter and the comedy-drama The Devil Wears Prada. The former won her a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. Another yet remade attempt for Kong: Skull Island. It'll still be a prequel to "King of the Monsters," with the exact same plot just the original film. However, there would be a few changes to the main plot and a few callbacks to the original King Kong films from the 30's up to today. It's the 1970's, and there has been rumors of an island far out into the Pacific Ocean. A team of researchers, including a few soldiers for protection, and a photographer for evidence of any living things on the island, go out and search the island known as Skull Island. There, they encounter the majestic yet dangerous beast known as King Kong. Now separated into teams because of Kong's crazy assault on the choppers, they all try to reach the mainland without dying from the other monsters that inhabit Skull Island.
