Raymond Park is a British actor, stuntman and martial artist, best known for his playing the physical part of Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Toad in X-Men, Snake-Eyes in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, and Edgar on Heroes.
Kiteman has brought together a team and is starting to heal from his trauma but soon a villain on the run asks for protection from a dangerous vigilante who doesn’t hold back. Now Kiteman and his team of obscure villains must try and survive as they try to escape this new adversary while dealing with a new team of criminals who are out to be the next big villains of Batman’s rogues gallery.
