Philippe Dumond is a French actor and author, born February 18, 1949 . Also practicing dubbing , he is notably the regular French voice of Garry Chalk and Harry Hamlin as well as one of the recurring voices of Michael Ironside, Ben Cross, Lance Henriksen, Keith David, C. Thomas Howell, Patrick Bergin, Reg E. Cathey and Martin Sheen. He is also active in animation with, among others, the characters of King Sadida in the Wakfu series and Soichiro Yagami in the Death Note anime . He is also known for being the voice of Agent 47 in the Hitman video game series as well as Hugo Strange in Batman: Arkham City.
