Debra Jo Rupp is an American stage, film and television actress, best known for playing Kitty Forman on the television sitcom "That '70s Show". She's a graduate in Drama from the University of Rochester, New York, USA.
The story follows 13-year-old witch Kiki who moves to the city with her talking cat Jiji where she gets a job in a bakery close to her home. Sadly, Kiki's powers are not totally worked out, and the adventures and mishaps she gets into show she still has a lot of learning to do.
