Glen Thomas Powell Jr. (born October 21, 1988) is an American actor. He began his career with minor roles on television and in films such as Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003) and Fast Food Nation (2006). Powell acted in the action film The Expendables 3 (2014), the comedy-horror series Scream Queens (2015–2016), the teen comedy Everybody Wants Some!! (2016), the historical romance The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018), and the romantic comedy Set It Up (2018). He also portrayed astronaut John Glenn in Hidden Figures (2016) and aviator Tom Hudner in Devotion (2022). Powell became famous for starring in the action film Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and the romantic comedy Anyone but You (2023). He has since starred in the dark comedy Hit Man(2023), which he also co-wrote and produced, and in the disaster film Twisters (2024). After the blood of her godfather, Barry Allen, gets in her system, Iris West II is imbued with the speedforce transforming her into a speedster. After training to control her speed with her godfather Barry, Iris juggles her life as an aspiring lawyer as well as the fastest woman alive. Working with her speedster friends, Jesse Chambers and Max Crandall, Iris embraces the media-popularized identity of Kid-Flash. Iris battles against meta-influencer Golden Glider and helps a rehabilitated Godspeed while befriending sorcerer Chas Kramer and fellow lawyer and superheroine, Kate Spencer aka Manhunter. Her greatest threat however is Mr95 trying to flip She-Hulk's story rather than give her an original one. Iris embraces her role as the fastest woman alive as she escapes the shadow of The Flash and the grasp of the toxic men looking to tear her down. As she and Kate Spencer grow closer, Barry returns from Kalanor with his twin children, Dawn and Don.
