Fan Casting Quincy (English Dub) in Kanto Angels

The leader of Les Bijoux, a team of Kantonian girls who were also gifted a mysterois power and the ability to transform into magical girls, and who seem to have their own agenda when it comes to dealing with Kanto's rogue mutant Pokemon problem. Quincy is the latest in a long line of practitioners for a specific kind of Pokemon training, and her family firmly believes that Pokemon training is a delicate art. Because of that, she looks down upon the commonplace methods of Pokemon training, and sees the recent incident with rogue Pokemon as proof that her belief is right. She doesn't trust regular trainers to clean up this mess, so she chose three other girls gifted with her mysterious power to be her teammates, and they've vowed to stop the rogue Pokemon and save Kanto no matter what, even if it means butting heads with the Kanto Angels. Quincy is cold and serious, and has single-minded dedication to whatever she does as well as a strong sense of morals. Using her Jewelled Staff, she transforms into Onyx Bijou, the jewel of light and darkness.
