Mewtwo was pulled back to Kanto via the rifts, and was then Team Drizzle capturing it and amplifying the psychic power inside it to create rifts all across Kanto. Now, the ultimate Pokemon's power becomes too much for it to handle, but perhaps the Angels' and Bijoux's power can cure its woes?
