A member of Les Bijoux. Maia comes from an old money family that lives deep within the Kantonian mountains, so she's a bit out-of-touch with the common folk. She styles and acts like a wistful fairy tale princess, and she's a hopeless romantic who dreams of the day her prince sweeps her off her feet into a fairy tale marriage—but unfortunately for her, that prince came and it turned out to be her sworn rival, leaving her hopelessly conflicted. Though she can be flighty at times, she has a strong love for Pokemon and is quite talented at battling, which, when coupled with her magical powers, made her a diamond in the rough when it comes to teammates. Using her Jewelled Staff, she transforms into Silver Bijou, the jewel of the frozen oceans.
