The leader of Team Drizzle. Leonidas greatly idolized Maxie and Archie for their wealth, fame and power, and desperately vied to be as powerful and great as him, so he joined both teams as a member of their younger generations. However, no matter what team he joined, he butted heads with his superiors, who felt that he was too hungry for power and status even by their standards, so he broke off and formed Team Drizzle with members who were similarly disillusioned with Teams Magma and Aqua's practices. Though Leonidas styles himself as cool and powerful, he has a hopelessly fragile ego, and is continually obsessed with being a wealthy, all-powerful ruler who can crush all who dare to stand before him—and as it just so happens, Groudon and Kyogre are dormant again and just waiting to be reawakened, and there's plenty of strange energy deposits around the region that he could easily use to awaken them...
