It went into dormancy after Team Magma was stopped, but due to the summoning of Rayquaza, it's en route to Team Drizzle's hideout, forcing Leaf to capture it before Team Drizzle can, and so she can use it to neutralize their plan to use the Weather Trio's powers for themselves.
