The story revolves around a haunted house home to Tyler vamp, Fangires have come to take human form and destroy the city of Toronto, but Bathlowmew III has descended onto Tyler Vamp to become Kamen Rider Vampire King to destroy the fangires and their king Dracula to save the city.
