The ninth member of the Horoscopes to appear, he is based off of Taurus, the Bull. He was present for the mock space exam, though he was later revealed to have the potential to become Taurus. An avid golf player, who forces people to sign contracts with him, and the loser is banned from interfering with the winner in any way. Seeing himself as a force that should not be defied, he has starting changing the rules at Amanogawa High School, forcing those who do not comply by contract.
