Founder of Amanogawa High School, chairman of the board, and former scientist and pioneer of lunar research with connections to NASA and the Russian Federal Space Agency. He is secretly the mastermind behind the Zodiarts, and has been distributing the Zodiarts Switches amongst the students of his school for reasons unknown. His eyes often glow with an unearthly red light, and he possesses the ability to wield Cosmic Energy in a raw form. Near the end of #34, Hayami finds out that his Zodiarts form is Sagittarius and he transforms into it in #42.
