In a near-future America, the omnipresent corporation Smart Brain Industries secretly orchestrates human evolution, transforming select individuals into Orphnochs—beings with enhanced abilities. Their agenda: to establish Orphnochs as the dominant species. Opposing this scheme, a group of rebels acquires advanced combat suits, known as Rider Gears, to thwart Smart Brain's plans.
