A former participant in the ZA Royale. Zach is a taxi driver who dreams of outlawing all other forms of transport so everyone will be forced to give him business, and aims to reach the top of the Royale and make his dream so with the wish all winners are granted. This would be somewhat concerning if not for the fact that he's terrible at Pokemon battles and thus perpetually stuck at the lowest rung of the Royale. However, when he finds raw Mega Energy in Lumiose that empowers his Pidgey, he believes his luck has finally turned around!
