The leader of Les Bijoux, a team of Kalosian girls who were also gifted the power of Ange and the ability to transform into magical girls, and who seem to have their own agenda when it comes to dealing with Kalos's rogue Mega Evolution problem. Quincy is the latest in a long line of Mega Evolution practitioners, and her family firmly believes that Mega Evolution should be a closed practice only performed by trained students. Because of that, she looks down upon how commonplace it's become, and sees the recent incident with rogue Megas and the Prism Tower as proof that her belief is right. She doesn't trust Quasartico or its affiliates to clean up this mess, so she chose three other girls gifted with Ange's power to be her teammates, and they've vowed to stop the rogue Megas and save Kalos no matter what, even if it means butting heads with the Kalos Angels. Quincy is cold and serious, and has single-minded dedication to whatever she does as well as a strong sense of morals. Using her Jewelled Staff, she transforms into Onyx Bijou, the jewel of heaven and hell. Fancasted VAs must be SWANA and/or Asian.
