However, the rise of a new and dangerous villain, the Chaos Wizard, forces them out of retirement and to join forces once more to protect humanity. The Chaos Wizard, a sorcerer with unparalleled mystical powers, seeks to rewrite history in his favor, erasing the world's memory of the JSA and its heroic deeds. He spreads chaos and discord throughout the Earth, manipulating people and inciting conflicts. In the face of the imminent threat, the JSA heroes need to overcome their differences and work together. Jay Garrick, the original Flash, takes on the mantle of leader, while Alan Scott, the Green Lantern, seeks redemption for his past mistakes. Hawkman and Hawkgirl, reincarnations of cursed lovers, fight against time to recover their powers and break the curse. Doctor Fate, with his intelligence and knowledge of the magical world, tries to unravel the Chaos Wizard's plans. And Stargirl, the Green Lantern's granddaughter, represents the new generation of heroes, ready to defend the JSA's legacy.
